Refund policy
Eligible items may be returned for store credit only, no exceptions.
Returns must be received back within 30 days from the package delivery date. We will not accept any returns exceeding this time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 30 days from the package delivery date will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all product tags attached (if applicable). If an item is returned to our warehouse our Customer Care team will reach out to you with further information.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We strongly recommend keeping proof of postage and your tracking number for the returned items until you’ve received your store credit. Koosma is unable to accept returns for lost packages without proof of postage or tracking.
Once your package has been delivered to our warehouse, allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and a store credit to be applied.
In-person drop offs will not be accepted at our Distribution Center or Corporate Office.
